Openings for Sr. Software Engineer/ lead (Development) Location Bangalore



 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be performing the following tasks.
q  Work together with US based product teams to gain first hand product knowledge for our wireless messaging products
q  Develop high quality product software as per required standards
q  Understand Customer Requirements and Feature Specifications to create functional and design specifications
q  Design, Code, Test
q  Ensure Process Compliance

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
q  4 - 8years in the wireless telecommunications industry.
q  Coding and debugging in C++ with Python(Must)
q  Experience in IP and Telecom Protocols
o    Wireless Systems GSM, 3G – in any one of BSC, MSC, HLR, OSS/BSS
o    Messaging - SMPP, MM1-MM7, RCS (one of these are desirable)
o    SMSC, MMSC, Gateways experience is an added advantage.
o    IP NW : OSPF, L2 switching, SIP, SS7, SIGTRAN is a plus.
q  Design of communication software, embedded software and API
q  Experience in testing High Availability Systems is desirable
