Looking for 3+years of experience for various MNC's in Bangalore.

Candidate having an experience with DFT, experience with ATPG(Automatic Test Generation Pattern), BIST(Built in Self Test)

Exp of verification, scripting (perl or tcl) and debugging required.DFT experience in Synopsys / Mentor test tools Should be able to work independently on SOC/IP level DFT execution – Scan ATPG / TFT / PBIST etc
