Job Description
Looking for an architect interested in product definition and application platform strategy development for the next generation of processing platform product solutions. The architect will have a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from strategic plan development, product definition and industry representation. The applicant must be able to work in a small, fast paced, team environment with the desire to effect change within a large organization.

Qualification
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of systems architectures for high-performance applications such as networking and data centers. As well as a good understanding of software and hardware partitioning and trade-offs, along with a well-founded understanding of semiconductor technologies, product design and development. Teamwork, communication and customer engagement skills will be essential in establishing key relationships with marketing, engineering and technical leads. An understanding of industry ASSP offerings from Broadcom, PMCSierra, Freeescale, and others is desired.
