Technical expertise with embedded pre-sales experience like proposal drafting (RFP / RFI), estimation, project bidding, customer communication
Hands on experience working in Proposals, SOW / Contracts, Effort Estimations, RFP / RFI
· 5 to 10 years of overall experience in Embedded Hardware Design, Embedded software (DSP and FPGA based design & development) and Electronics Manufacturing.
· Should have experience in embedded pre-sales techno-commercial
· Must have hands on experience working in Proposals, SOW / Contracts, Effort Estimations, RFP / RFI - Mandatory.
· Experience in customer communication, support sales team.
· Skills include Schematic design, Gerber, BOM optimization, Embedded firmware, Assembly, RTOS, Device drivers, BOM cost down analysis, Reverse engineering.
· 5+ years of experience performing in presales role. 2+ years in Lead capacity - Mandatory.
· 5+ years of experience in implementation projects in technical capacity (design and development role) - Mandatory.
· Should have good presentation / demonstration skills both F2F & over the web.
· Should have project planning / project management experience.
· Should be able to own, drive and deliver presales customer engagements end to end.
· Should have international (US / UK) customer interaction experience & worked in an environment involving multiple functional, technology teams & virtual teams.
· Should have excellent written, verbal and relationship building skills.
· Understanding of Automotive/Industrial systems industry a plus.
· Ability to work under pressure with dynamic work load and time pressure.
