Team/Tech Lead

Team/Tech leads would be involved in assigning work to individual team members based on their

individual competencies. The Team/Tech Leads would have the following expertise:-

(a) Tech Leads shall have at least 6-7 years of total experience with good and hands-on

experience and proven track record of implementing large scale message oriented systems in C++.

He must also possess thorough knowledge of domain driven design/test driven design and

designing/implementing flexible systems using design/Architecture patterns.

(b) Knowledge of MDA/MDD with knowledge and experience in modeling and implementation

of UML (preferably in Rhapsody)

(c) Knowledge and understanding of OMG-DDS and/or content based messaging systems.

(d) Experience of around 6-12 months in development of applications on Real-time Operating

Systems, using QT GUI development tool.

(e) Experience of using the static and dynamic analysis tool

(f) Experience in managing requirements using DOORs

(g) Good understanding of software development life cycle processes based on IEEE 12207 and

experience in requirements management, configuration management, build management etc.

(h) Knowledge of XML and scripting languages.

(i) The Team/Tech Leads must have the ability to design UML models, APIs and interfaces and

design/implement quality engineering of the frameworks used in the system.
