Title: - Sr. Telecom Systems Analyst
Location: - Dublin, OH
Job Profile:-
senior level Systems Analyst with a background in the telecommunications industry, specifically having strong knowledge in VoIP services.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in a Systems Analyst role. This must include experience utilizing a formal requirements tracking tool such as Caliber, UML diagramming, developing Use Cases, etc.
Background and/or understanding of VoIP Services.
Strong understanding of development methodologies. SDLC, RUP, waterfall, agile, etc.
Strong understanding of the Telecommunications industry and service offerings.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business and team members.
Ability to think outside of the box to develop solutions to business needs.
Strong initiative. Not afraid to seek out answers and identify key players in developing a solution.
Experience managing multiple project requirements simultaneously.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Familiarity with many IT concepts including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), ECOM, portals, gateways, databases, etc.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work with a globally distributed team.
