• Design contributions to several published apps in the Windows Store and the Windows Phone Store.  
• Solid understanding of the guidelines and design features of the platform including:  Live Tiles, Speech Recognition, special effects (page transitions, cross-fades, fade-in), and Microsoft Modern UI style requirements.
• Understanding of core UI components of the platform such as Panorama and Pivot controls, and how to best use these to present the content of the app.
• Experience with Expression Blend is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the guidelines and design features of the platform including:  Live Tiles, Speech Recognition, special effects (page transitions, cross-fades, fade-in), and Microsoft Modern UI style requirements.
