Job Details : Position Title Multimedia Design Verification Engineer (full-time or contract) positions Product Domain Expertise Semiconductor Skill Category ASIC Design Position Type Permanent Employment Hire Timeframe Immediate Job Location USA / California, Experience Level (Years) 8-10 Years Salary   DoE Qualification   • 5+ years of DV experience. • BSEE required, MSEE or higher preferred • Design Domain: video and/or camera • Video: video codec’s H.264, MPEG4, VC1, MPEG2, etc. • Camera: ISP, JPEG, MIPI-CSI verification Mandatory Skills • Verification: Test planning, problem solving, debug, adversarial testing, functional coverage, assertions, constrained random verification • HVL: SystemVerilog, VERA/e-Specman • Preferred HVL: SystemVerilog with OVM/UVM • HDL: Verilog or VHDL • SW languages: SystemC, C/C++, Tcl/Perl/shell-scripting • Very strong OO programming • Experience with simulation acceleration tool such as Mentor Veloce and/or Cadence Palladium is a plus.
